John McCullough

John McCullough is President of Toll Brothers Apartment Living. His responsibilities and expertise include deal structuring and negotiations, operations of sales, leasing, and property management, construction management, debt and equity financing, and obtaining entitlements and approvals.

Prior to joining the Apartment Living division in 2012, John spent seven years with Toll Brothers City Living in New York and was instrumental in the success of this new brand. With City Living, John was responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple mixed-use, multi-phase condo developments including more than 700 residential units with a market value of more than $500 million, 100,000 square feet of retail space, and an operating budget of more than $400 million. His role included oversight of all site and vertical construction, marketing, sales, management of the homeowners’ association, and ongoing property management.

John earned a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Boston University.
