Dustin Kinney

Dustin Kinney has worked in several development roles since joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2014 and is now responsible for leading development teams in several geographic markets and across different asset types. He also supports the organizational growth and execution goals of the division through the discovery and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Dustin worked for Arlington, VA-based developer/contractor Clark Builders Group (now CBG Building Company). He held various positions within CBG and managed numerous product types from urban mixed-use mid-rises to suburban garden walk-up apartments and military housing developments.

Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management from Penn State. Additionally, he holds an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
